At Rosael, we are committed to ensuring that every piece of jewelry reaches you safely, securely, and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping terms carefully, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of the following:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Each item undergoes a strict quality check and is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Time & Charges

Domestic (PAN India):

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Orders below ₹599 are subject to a ₹100 shipping fee.
Orders above ₹599 are shipped free of charge.

International:

We currently offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
A flat fee of $20 USD per order applies, covering shipping and handling.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders must be accepted upon delivery.
If a COD package is refused, undelivered due to customer unavailability, or returned without valid reason, Rosael reserves the right to:
- Deny future COD orders from the customer, and/or
- Recover shipping and handling charges through alternate legal means.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the re‑shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In case of refunds (as per our Refund Policy), shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your shipment in real‑time.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order. Rosael is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
